This four-week workshop explores the rich world of Hindu deities through embodied practice. Each week features a different god or goddess, using mythology, symbolism, and traditional iconography to inspire a unique flow. We explore the qualities each deity represents—wisdom, courage, transformation, devotion—and translate these themes into thoughtful sequencing, breathwork, and meditation.
Through art and culture, we investigate how the stories of the gods illuminate the inner landscape of contemporary yoga practice. Each session includes a short lecture, sequencing, and a complete practice plan inspired by the week’s deity.

This six-week series explores the Bhagavad Gita as a living, practical text for modern yogic life. Each week we read and discuss a selected passage from the Gita, with special attention to the challenges Westerners often encounter when approaching this foundational scripture. Through guided conversation, inquiry, and accessible explanation, we work together to discover what the text means for each participant.
After discussion, we collaboratively design a short sequence of poses, breathwork, meditation, and/or chanting that helps us embody the imagery and teachings of the week. We close each session by practicing the flow we create together.
